United Lebanon Relief Campaign
Due to an immediate need for assistance to Lebanon, caused by recent
unrest in the Middle East, the Lebanon Relief initiative, a broad
coalition of American-Lebanese business leaders, executives,
entertainers, and philanthropists, have bonded together to raise
money for relief efforts in Lebanon.

The goal is to raise upwards of $1 Million to plant a seed not only
for re-building homes, feeding children, and saving lives, but for
raising awareness, opening hearts, and re-building relationships. As
Americans, we plan on carrying the mission of humanity and
delivering help to those in need throughout the world, by
demonstrating unity and support on behalf of the American and
Lebanese-American communities for children of Lebanon, in turn
promoting intercultural awareness and instilling hope in future
generations to be filled with the ideals of understanding,
acceptance, and peace.

The campaign is a strictly a humanitarian effort, bringing people
together from all walks of life and diverse standpoints to join hand
in hand, free from any political, religious, or partisan agenda. The
plan calls to initially raise $1 million through a PSA and
Infomercial Media Campaign and go to upwards of $10 Million through
a live benefit concert and telethon, and post event avenues such as
web and pod casts, to assist civilians of Lebanon with medical
supplies, food and other forms of humanitarian relief.

CHF International is the official beneficiary of the campaign and
telethon, channeling funds to beneficiaries (*1) such as, United
Nations WFP, the Lebanese Red Cross, and direct implementation of
programs that in turn provide shelter, clothing, and supplemental
bulk food assistance, medical attention and hearing aids for
displaced Lebanese in Beirut and Southern Lebanon.

All viewers are encouraged to donate to the CHF International to the
United Lebanon Relief through its donation hotline and website:
